About Us
Artistic, homey B&B suites, very clean, comfortable and quiet. Guests enjoy a separate entrance, living room, kitchenette, wireless Internet access, new beds, 100% cotton sheets, robes in the room. A full breakfast is served with a flair! Nanci specializes in wheat-free baking! Firesign now offers a 2-bedroom cottage suite just up the road, with breakfast an option.
Firesign also has a painting studio which hosts drop in painting and drawing sessions as well as 5-day workshops taught by a selection of talented and inspiring artists. 2008 artists: Grant Fuller, Peter Shostak, Dianne Bersea, Gerry Thomas, Brian Simons, Kristen Scholfield-Sweet, Marjorie Turnbull, Perrin Sparks and Nancy O'Toole. Paintings, cards and gifts are on display most of the year in the studio gallery as part of the Quadra Island Studio Tour. Drop in figure drawing sessions and plein air paint outs, call for information.
