Please check in any time after noon, and before 6 P.M. We would appreciate knowing the time that you expect to arrive, so that we can be there to welcome travelers. We like to have fresh food for breakfast and the afternoon is our shopping time!

About Us
Herondell is situated on 42 acres of forest. We have a beautiful river for one border, and three large ponds on the property. They draw many varieties of birds and wildlife. Our guests rooms are in our house, which is large and we hope, welcoming to weary travelers. We like to serve a full breakfast so that guests will be "fueled up" to enjoy the many activities which are available in our area, such as hiking, kayaking, canoeing, and other outdoor activities. Our area which is a penninsula about 80 km. long, features many lakes, hiking trails and two places where very good restaurants and interesting shops can be visited. Powell River is a small city of about 12,000 people and Lund is the end/beginning of Hwy. 101 on the West Coast. Lund is older than Powell River, and is a very small, sheltered bay with history to be explored.
